The Assessment Process
Assessments may include any or all of the following:
- A thorough physical assessment of affected areas
- History of condition(s) including cause of injury or dysfunction
- Risk assessment related to any possible related health problems
- General health assessment
- Medication information if medication is related to conditions affecting possible physio stress
- Medical documentation, like X rays, etc.
